Rows of machined rectangular metal blocks with repeated holes and open slots

What we machine

Batch-machined blocks are made to a common drawing for repeat installation or assembly. Define the finished geometry and the required quantities so the machining and inspection approach can be reviewed for the batch.

Features to define on your drawing

  • Milled outside profiles, steps and pockets
  • Repeated bores, threaded holes and counterbores
  • Reference faces and locating features used in assembly

Machining & inspection review

Specify the drawing revision and which features need inspection records. If an initial sample or first-article approval is required before the remaining batch, include that requirement in the RFQ.

Where this part family fits

Typical design contexts include locating blocks, equipment mounting components and repeated mechanical interfaces. Batch quantity and repeat-order timing are confirmed as part of the quotation.
