Information you provide
When you send an enquiry, we collect the contact information, company details, project requirements, drawing links and files you choose to submit. We use this information to review your request, prepare a quotation and communicate with you about the project.
Enquiry handling
Enquiries and attached drawings are stored in an access-restricted website inbox. Notifications are also sent to our enquiry email address. Hosting and email providers process information as needed to operate these services. Drawings are not added to the public media library.
Retention
Inactive enquiries in the website inbox are automatically removed after 180 days. Records marked as active are retained for ongoing project follow-up. Email copies and records required for an agreed project may be retained separately for that relationship.
Technical information and language tools
The website uses technical request information to operate the service and limit automated submissions. If you use the language selector, the translation service processes page content and may store language preferences in your browser. Information typed into enquiry fields is excluded from page translation.
