What we machine
Mounting plates provide a defined interface between equipment, modules or assemblies. Your drawing specifies the plate outline, thickness, hole pattern and the surfaces that locate the mounted components.
Features to define on your drawing
- Flat or pocketed plate profiles with defined thickness
- Slots, counterbores, threaded holes and locating features
- Mounting and contact surfaces for adjoining components
Machining & inspection review
Identify the primary mounting face and any flatness or parallelism requirements. Include mating-part references when hole locations or contact areas control the assembly fit.
Where this part family fits
Use this family for instrument bases, equipment interface plates and automation mounts. For a plate containing coolant channels or ports, use the separate liquid-cooling machining brief.
